Tom Barber
Tom Barber is a seasoned engineering and business leader with over a decade of experience in the mining industry. With a background as a chartered professional mechanical engineer and with an Executive MBA from QUT, he brings a unique combination of technical depth, commercial acumen, and strategic insight.
Tom has led multi-disciplinary engineering teams and overseen complex operational and advisory projects across Australia and internationally. His experience spans asset management, technical due diligence, and operational turnarounds, including senior roles supporting restructuring and receivership processes in mining operations.
As an engineering generalist with a strong commercial focus, Tom specialises in helping mining organisations improve asset performance, reliability, and value through pragmatic, risk-informed decision-making.
